2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding holidays
- In the event that your order cannot be processed within the stated time frame (e.g., due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or high order volumes), we will contact you promptly to inform you of the delay and provide an updated processing timeline
- Custom or commissioned works may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you via email.
- Orders are processed from Versailles, France
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
The cost of shipping will vary depending on the destination and the item(s) purchased.
For Original Painting(s): standard shipping is free
For Poster(s) or Framed Poster(s): standard shipping is free for orders in the EU. For other countries, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order and number of items.

We will provide you with the available options and associated costs. Shipping times may vary based on your location, and we are committed to ensuring your artwork arrives safely and in a timely manner.
Standard shipping typically takes: 5-10 working days for EU destinations, and 5-15 working days for International destinations (from the day your order is processed).
4. Packaging and Handling
We take great care in packaging our artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Depending on the nature of the artwork (painting, print, etc.), it will be securely packed using protective materials such as:
- Protective wrapping (bubble wrap, foam, etc.)
- Sturdy packaging (cardboard tubes for prints or thick cardboard divider plates)
5. Shipping of Multiple Original Paintings
For the safety and protection of the artwork, if a customer purchases more than one original painting, each painting may be shipped in a separate parcel. This is to ensure that each piece is properly packaged and protected during transit, reducing the risk of damage.
- Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each parcel.
- Multiple parcels may result in separate delivery times depending on carrier logistics.

6. Shipping Carriers

7. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, please note the following:
- Customs and Import Duties: You may be responsible for additional customs or import duties, taxes, or fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are not included in our shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at berdevimart@gmail.com with the following information:

- Description and photos of the damaged item or details of the lost package
We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund if necessary. All damaged or lost item claims must be made within 2 days of delivery.
10. Returns and Exchanges

11. Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
